Return Policy

In the event that you receive a damaged or expired product, we have a return and replacement policy in place to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read the following policy before making a return:

  1. Damaged or expired products can be returned or refund placed within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  3. Notification of the damaged or expired product must be made within 7 days of receiving the product with proper picture/video evidence. Notification can be made by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
  4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided when making a return.
  5. If the return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced or refunded within a reasonable time frame.
  6. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a product of equal value or a full refund.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product has been used or the damage was caused by misuse or mishandling.
  8. The refund amount will be refunded to Customer’s Bank Account.

Please note that the return and replacement policy only applies to damaged or expired products. We do not accept returns or refund for products that are no longer wanted or needed.
